Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing

We implemented each office with the equipment. You just need a TV and an internet connection for installation. If you purchased the Cloud you will need to set up virtue meetings with a name and a meeting number will be automatically assigned. We use room assign on our exchange to reserve the equipment/room as well as the meeting name/number.
After looking at so many systems we decided to purchase Lifesize. The cost was lower than Cisco and Polycom video systems and still has high-end performance. Which is great for our nonprofit organization. The best part is the user can operate the equipment without a computer and or needing any technological skills to operate it. Set up is a breeze and if users know how to operate a smartphone they should need little to no training.
  • Compatible with most if not all platforms
  • Simple interface
  • License cloud fee could increase from year to year
  • 25 guests MAX in a virtue meeting
Travel is one of the main reasons we purchased Lifesize. We operate in upstate NY and Lifesize has reduced the cost and risk of driving in the winter.
