Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
We use it internally in our internal departments for virtual meetings. We also give service and support to all our users, across public administrations in our region. We would need some API library features for an easier managing of rooms. I sent some feature requests on the Lifesize Community. A good, unexpected feature that I didn't know [about] is the possibility to do registrations with our video center on premise, using the Lifesize cloud service.
- It is very easy to start a conference, also using just the web browser client.
- Very good quality.
- It is possible to share very easily the desktop or an application window.
- I request some improvements on the dashboard to show more complete information about call durations, including also guests users' connections.
- I request API library functions for room creation/deletion from a remote application.
- Chat also for guests would be very useful.
