Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent
LinkedIn Talent is used by my company to quickly list and review applications for potential job offers. It's nice because everyone has been conditioned to go to LinkedIn and applying using their profile information is incredibly easy so we get a lot of nice applicants because we've made it easy for users to apply for our positions.
- Job listing.
- Applicant communications.
- Resume reviews.
- More qualification questions to weed out people that aren't a match.
- A better version for mobile.
- The ability to save "maybe" applicants.
- Positive: We spend less time sorting resumes.
- Positive: We don't have to hire an HR person or 3rd party because one of our marketing people can do this job.
- Positive: What used to be a long process has been shortened and we can get qualified applicants quickly.
LinkedIn Talent made sense from the moment you start working. JazzHR had a learning curve. Yeah, JazzHR is nice but the bells and whistles associated with the platform weren't really used by our company. We needed the barebones minimum and JazzHR didn't make using their minimum a super easy process. LinkedIn Talent was simple. You could snap your fingers and it could be done. An intern could set up and manage the platform.
