Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Hub
We used LinkedIn Talent Hub to look for candidates for new job postings. We like posting jobs to LinkedIn for our Support positions because it's so easy to review and verify qualifications and communicate with applicants. With most every working [professional] on LinkedIn it seems like a great place to find new employees. However, unless you pay for one of the really expensive plans, you can't share the hiring process with your team. It's all isolated to your LinkedIn account. For smaller teams / employers, this is not really ideal. The fully paid version too expensive if you are only hiring a few (<5) position per year.
- Connect to applicants quickly
- Skills / qualification quizzes
- Access to lots of applicants
- Collaboration in the hiring process
- Filtering candidates by locale
- Custom qualifications / skills questions
- Quick connection to applicants
- Less time spent posting jobs
- Not enough collaboration tools
