We use it to serve some online applications. Port routing for internal services and serving informative content from our industry.

Better panel and good support. Intuitive tools and frequently upgrades
Every time that I need, they send me a response in short time.
We came from a nacional server that costs 10 times more and have less than 30% of performance.
In business time we have a lot of traffic and we need to stay online all the time. We can't complaining about uptime
Good for setup separate services and sharing data disks with each other. You can change the OS and keep the data safe for easy migration. Low price to hire more disk space

2 - Need to know a good amount of linux SO, web applications, web server in general, inspect logs in case of abnormal usage. And for web applications, they need somebody to support it and find the problem in case of something.

Change management was minimal - Always test everything locally, simulations the online ambience and make it with some good time to ensure a good migration. After testing the main points, I believe you will have no problems.

The main control panel is very friendly and ease to use. Nothing to complaining about here. They have a good wiki about their features with a lot examples to make even easier to use.
