Overall Satisfaction with Linode

We using Linode for doing our apps live. [It is] used by the whole of the organization as well as some of our clients.

  • Overall it's nice
Digital Ocean, AWS are used by some of our clients. Linode is good and I'm very comfortable using it for the last 2-3 years, so love to refer it to clients too.
Online ticketing is good, not awesome. Phone calls for India are poor. There should be a live chat option.
DigitalOcean, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Google Cloud Storage
Speed is fast [and] uptime is awesome in Asia's servers. The best thing about the Linode is its pricing plans, which are very attractive and cheap but still have [the] best service.
