Overall Satisfaction with Linode

We using Linode for doing our apps live. [It is] used by the whole of the organization as well as some of our clients.

Digital Ocean, AWS are used by some of our clients. Linode is good and I'm very comfortable using it for the last 2-3 years, so love to refer it to clients too.
Online ticketing is good, not awesome. Phone calls for India are poor. There should be a live chat option.
Performance because infra is awesome. Support issue in India sometimes. Pricing is awesome as compared to service.

We love to refer Linode to our clients because of every perspective.

Uptime is awesome at some of locations, but like in the last [few] months [we were] faced with outages 3-4 times in our Singapore location and sometimes is the U.S. also. It's very reliable.

Speed is fast [and] uptime is awesome in Asia's servers. The best thing about the Linode is its pricing plans, which are very attractive and cheap but still have [the] best service.
