Overall Satisfaction with LMS365 (formerly Sharepoint LMS)
We needed a platform to deliver training programs to employees using in-house developed classes that were highly customized to our needs. The classes would be updated annually and we needed to prove that employees were indeed taking the classes and passing. One aspect that we really appreciated about this platform is that two people were responsible for managing the configuration, developing the classes and providing support on this system. It integrated tightly with Sharepoint and worked wonderfully for the organization.
- Easy to setup and manage.
- Lots of configurable settings and behavior controls.
- Nothing comes to mind as it covered everything we needed and much that we did not use.
- Quite positive as we had more than 15 classes of which various job functions and roles were required to take classes based on those roles and it was very easy to manage at a lower cost than any other portal we received quotes for.
Cost, support, configuration and integration with SharePoint.
