Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

LocaliQ manages our website (both UX and SE), our advertising spend for each academy, handles our CRM integrations, and provides excellent reporting and strategic direction. They partner with us to optimize multiple campaigns at 25+ locations

Cons

  • I don't think we fully utilize everything we are paying for - we don't use much of their SEO content creation help for things like blogs because the person they initially had working on that did not grasp our voice.
  • they have helped optimize our advertising, getting higher quality leads
  • They gave us expertise in areas of digital marketing we did not have as much knowledge
  • they were trusted partners and advisers who we feel like are always looking out for our best interests.
It's been so easy to add on new locations through all of the services they help us with. It's turnkey and also customized - a great combo!
They are super easy to use, and if I ever have any questions, my account reps are more thanhelpful!
We piloted a handful of other agencies at different locations, and never had good results...often having really bad results. One agency responsible for a new launch ended up targeting all of our ads to India...the academy was in Indiana. We switched back to LocaliQ at the very last minute, and even on a very abbreviated timeline, they helped us open close to plan.

When I first started working with LocaliQ, I thought our brand had outgrown their capabilities, but they changed account reps, and I was very happy with their work. I would recommend them more for SEO, digital strategy than content creation or website management, though.
