Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

We hired Local IQ to increase our leads and get us closes for our business through digital marketing, video ads, emails, and mailers.
  • Negative ROI on over $30k ad spend
  • VERY FEW tangible leads
  • No true attributable closes
Local IQ sold us on a comprehensive plan to grow our leads and business with a bunch of data and market analysis, but it was all smoke and mirrors. These guys tried to take credit for sales and leads that had NOTHING to do with them and then told us they were performing well in the campaign. NOT TRUE! We barely got anything new from them, and what we did get DID NOT COVER THE COSTS! NEGATIVE ROI and WASTED MONEY! They siphoned information from our company and we spent hundreds of hours working with them to maximize our campaign to no avail. Be careful about hiring them.
Usability was pointless without the results.

We found no value in the campaign they ran for us. The dashboard was fine and we could see data, but none of the results were there.
