Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I am a first time user of Lucidcharts. Was recommended by the team at my company. Easy to get started with and easy to use. Like the ability to easily share and collaborate on process charts. I plan to continue using the product. Would like additional editing features - highlight part of text in a box to call out any questions that remain.

Have not used any integrations.
