Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Whether you're a Visio Savant or someone brand new to Chart development Lucidchart is for you. It can be picked up and used quickly at whatever skill level with how intuitive it is. The collaboration capability is easy as well so a newer user can share with a more experienced colleague to pick up where they left off and apply more advanced capabilities to produce a more polished document.
Lucidchart is being used primarily in the Sales Org but there are use cases and applications across every department.

The initial use case was around setting up Org Charts for key accounts. We needed something user-friendly but didn't want to lose out on being able to customize or spend extra time setting these up. Lucidchart checked the box on all of these needs.

  • Export capability for many file types.
  • Cloud capabilities to pick up where I left off on any device.

  • Everything else is awesome!

Integration is key, no matter the application or current tech stack at your organization. We immediately right off applications with limited or clunky integration capabilities.
The support is incredible. Many leaders at Lucidchart are very active on LinkedIn and accessible as well, making the community feel more genuine and real. I love it!

I've tried many heavy applications that are great at a lot of things. I needed something specific to build out charts that were easy to dive in and out of. Lucidchart delivered on this need exceptionally well.
