Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Jumped in and started using it right away without issue.
It's being used to help document our internal system workflows, diagrams, navigational structures for current and new digital systems.

  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved enterprise-wide visibility.
  • Time savings.

This was suggested by a colleague and the first one I tried out. Was much easier than building it in Illustrator.
Very good at creating visual workflows, showing systems integrations and navigational elements.
