Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is very easy to use once you get used to where all the functions and menu items are located.
Lucidchart is a great tool for drawing charts and collaborate with other users. We use it for all types of applications from org charts to process flow and solution design.
  • Online editing, no need to save files locally which is great when using different computers.
  • Collaboration built in, multiple users can edit.
  • Easy to use.
  • Not as feature rich as some other tools I have used.
  • Improved productivity, everyone has access rather than a select few.
  • Cost savings compared to other tools.
I have not tried this other than Google Drive which works seamlessly.

Not as feature rich but being an online tool makes it easier to collaborate and view/edit from anywhere including my phone.
I have used it for org charts, process flows and technical diagrams. I have not used it for other scenarios, such as construction drawings to scale, so cannot comment.
