Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is super easy to use. It does take a bit of clicking around, but I think it is intuitive and user friendly.
I am using Lucidchart to draw complicated process flows for a research project aimed at providing medical prescriptions to people's homes. I work in Operations and it is being used by me as a replacement to Visio. It quickly and easily addresses the problem of figuring out a complicated process and laying it out visually.

Pros

  • Intuitive system.
  • Attractive flow charts.
  • Connects dots how I want them to be connected.
  • Easy to learn.

Cons

  • Saving PDFs off for free.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Quicker results.
  • Attractive deliverables.
I have not yet used the integrated systems with my Lucid charts.
A few people in my organization use Lucidchart but it is not covered financially by my company since we use MS Suite.

I like Lucidchart better because it is easier to learn and use and more visually pleasing.
Lucidchart is perfect for drawing easy-to-interpret process flows. It is less appropriate for presentation style documents.
