Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's very easy to use, and I, as a user for around a month, am able to share instructions with my team to make great Lucidchart documents.
Lucidchart is being used by my department to show, with incredible detail, workflows for our future product offerings. It allows us to dazzle our audiences with its functionality.
  • Toggle button for screenshots within workflows.
  • Ability to easily create flowcharts.
  • Ability to share via multiple plugins easily.
  • Better ways to export to a file (some sort of PDF Plugin).
  • Better ways to view in PowerPoint.
  • Better fast-action hot keys.
  • Improved productivity in time savings with better flow chart builds than Microsoft Visio.
It's had value, but, for example, the plugin into PowerPoint is very weak.
My support is always there when I need him. He's AWESOME.
