Usability

I had zero training on the software and was able to use it fairly well within about 10 minutes. The more I used it, the easier it became. Sharing files can be a bit complex.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Lucidchart is an excellent tool that allows collaboration. The vast array of tools provides a solution for every need I've had. The entire organization uses Lucidchart, allowing for consistent presentation to customers and end users. Further, the ability to easily adjust on the fly while with a customer makes this software an essential piece of my tool belt.

Sharing documents with others isn't very intuitive, unlike the rest of the software
Better naming of flowcharts/diagrams would be helpful

Charting workflow is quite easy. Building hierarchical charts is easy. The vast amount of resources available is incredibly helpful. Color coding is good. I would like to see the option to easily code items such as swim lanes with a single click rather than having to change each individual box.
