Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is easy to start with if you're familiar with diagraming tools in genera.
Lucidchart is used across our company. It's primarily used to create diagrams. The diagrams created by Lucidchart are used in our wiki pages, presentations or they are used just stand alone. The diagrams cover a wide range of communications from process flow to data flow, system diagrams, software design, etc.
  • Creating block diagram and easily creating the connections.
  • Documenting diagrams with text.
  • Using colors to make complex diagrams easy to follow and understand.
  • In general, the diagrams are coarse and there can be a more fine grain presentation.
  • Improved communication.
  • Improved presentation of concepts.
Since different documentation platforms are used across our organization, the integration with different applications helps with using the same diagraming tool across different applications.
The support is reasonably responsive.

Lucidchart is well suited for diagraming but in complex diagrams with complex relationship among diagram items, the routing can become hard to follow.
