Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Compared to other tools, Lucidchart, does not need any real training. The forms and shapes are intuitive and this means that there is less time needed to get people up to speed, making it efficient. The ease of use is because of how you can select features quickly and also make changes quickly compared to other tools.
Lucidchart is very helpful for our business, we have to work through clinical flows on a daily basis and a tool such as this enables us to work on solutions internally. Once those are completed we then use the tool to explain our solutions externally to our customers. Lucidchart is used by our sales and marketing teams as well as our Product development teams. The ease of use makes it very effective and the collaboration aspects makes the tool fluid in its use.
  • Collaborative working.
  • Ease of use, it is intuitive.
  • Great for internal solution workshops.
  • Great for external solution explanation.
  • Connection lines between boxes can be difficult to map on complex flows.
  • Time saving.
  • Improved group working.
  • Adds to our sales presentations.
We haven't really had to use customer support because it is so easy to use.

Lucidchart is easier to use and is also easier to change once a process has been put in place. It is easier to share, easier to share using tools like Slack and is also a break away from Microsoft as we are on the Google stack.
Lucidchart works well for outlining clinical flows, there are multi-functioning practitioner types in what we do and they have specific roles in an overall process. For example, if a patient is trying to access their GP or Primary care, we can use this tool to show the patient journey, the different care types available to them and how signposting can work to appropriate clinicians. This also shows that there is no break in patient care which is extremely important.
