Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very good but could use some easier methods of entering information and connecting diagrams
We are using it to help our clients create process maps and diagrams so they can better understand, manage, and improve their business. This application is very easy to use with predesign boxes and easy connection arrows. We can quickly and accurately create derailed process maps of key business operations, methods, and individual processes. The diagrams can done easily and finished quickly to help improve business performance!

  • Can be quickly shared with others in the orgnaization
  • Resizing "boxes/shapes" to fit words entered into the diagram
  • Easier to move icons/boxes/diagrams
  • Time saving and improved productivity
  • Easier to understand concepts
It makes it much easier to hand off to clients!
