Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Its very simple and user friendly product. It doesn't require any training cam use on our own if still need support help function have all supporting details to understand easily and work efficiently to meet our desire output. It doesn't required more time to learn and understand the tools. No limitation on size of the chart we going to prepare Lucidchart will keep extending the work space[.]
[Lucidchart] was used [by] myself to create flow chart to show case the current flow and proposed flow. Its not a common tool in our organization but used in my department for defining logics for ERP requirements and for work flow. [Lucidchart] is very simple and faster way to create chart in easier and simplest way[.]
  • Flow chart creation will be easy and simple
  • Organization structure creation
  • Aligning of chart symbols are simple
  • Linkage diagram
  • Upload option for already downloaded Lucidchart to do editing again
  • Comments option to be enabled for all type if users
  • Auto aligning of chart symbols or recommendations can be provided
  • Free account should have more features which will make Lucidchart popular tool so additional features can be purchased based on the need
  • I have used for simple jobs as on now. Not used for more business oriented to calculate ROI
  • Currently using the basic version and practicing to use the chart
  • Trying to use for my daily work based on the usage and business benefits will buy the paid version. As of now savings not calculated
Ya, its very helpful and easy to collaborated the data required with Google drive kind of application. This will easy to share and circulate within the organization in more simplest way. It doesn't required any new login creation existing work or Gmail kind of a account itself enough to signup and start working
Support of Lucidchart was good. It helps a lot for thinking creative and make use of the tools well. I support Lucidchart for the way it build and very user friendly. Can reduce the cost for paid version which will support Lucidchart to make familiar with our organization for start using by others also[.]

No I didn't come across any such tools available in market. I used to do this kind of charts in word document and slides. Recently i came to know about the Lucidchart which made me to try and start using Lucidchart for making the charts in simple and coolest way[.]
[Lucidchart is well suited] for creating process flow in simple way. Easy to add logos to make [your] chart more official. Aligning guide and ready made tools make the work very simple. Easy to modify and simple to do revision in chart. Retrieved old revision also very simple and can be collaborated with Google drive to save [your] work and retrieve when ever needed. Its easy to share with others for editing and reviewing[.]
