Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is the opinion that even the most non technological user can use the product from start. As you use it the understanding comes gradually as things are layout pretty clear. With some patience and playing around to see each element and function for use. The user can clearly adapt to its options available for use. Once you get to know where things are the rest is just quick and easy.
Lucid is being used on a large portion of the company. To track service calls and Install calls. Including inventory and batching posting and exporting invoices, payments, purchase orders, etc. Tracking current processes and proposing new processes. With this it allows us to see the current processes and how to propose new efficiencies in the process for each department as it effects from one start point to the next.
  • Lucidchart allows for a quick and easy drag and drop feature and copy and past and deletion that just makes sense as a local application would. It allows for sharing and printing of the document.
  • It allow for easy duplication of the a chart to easily have a starting point.
  • It gives you the option to present and show the viewer your mouse cursor and who the presenter is at the time. Allows for multiple users to be moving things around at once.
  • Sometimes it is hard to make the connection lines or move them around.
  • Some features are not right up clear how to use at first glance but as you test it out it works pretty nicely.
  • It has been very beneficial to use as it easily gives a clear understanding of the current business structure. Giving a quick and clear option to implement changes for better ROI.
  • Time saving and improved performance has allowed better net revenue.
  • Productivity has become much cleared on the workflow and procedure site of operations.
It's easy to use across platforms allowing for the option to integrate with other applications. With this is nice to have the option to use it side by side a companies other resources. So it becomes another tool in the bag that just flows well with the other already used applications. Its like adding a new additional resource with the already useable trusted applications already used on the cloud such as Google, Microsoft and so forth.
I personally have not used support for Lucidchart but if I do I will be sure to share my experience.

Slack, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
Organization charts, processes and other structures are features this can be used in. You can have minimal details and have it reference an outside document.

It is really nice to use for seeing the whole picture to know how to fix or manage processes for best efficiencies. Knowing where the cracks are and where responsibility is makes it easy to manage things better.
