Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very friendly to start using it. Need no background or manual to work on Lucidcharts
[Lucidchart is] currently used in the IT department. Business process flows, Activity diagrams, Sequence flow diagram are used both by technical & functional teams. Confluence Plug-in is also used[.]
