Lucidspark is a powerful and easy-to-learn online collaboration tool.

I am a recent hire, so I have only been using Lucidspark (and Lucidchart), which we use across the organization, for a very short time. So far they have exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality from a free cloud-based platform. Learning everything has been quite intuitive and has functioned more smoothly than I am used to from competing (paid) products, though there are a few fewer features (nothing I really miss). This makes it easy to focus on collaborating with other project team members without having to struggle with the platform.

The Google Drive integration with Lucidspark has streamlined my own workflows. It is super convenient, and makes it really easy to keep records as I go. I especially appreciate that I don't spend a lot of time hunting around for things later.

Lucidspark has been totally reliable and functioned very smoothly every time I have used it so far with groups of up to 10 people. I have not experienced any lags or technical issues that have interrupted the work that was being done. This makes it really easy to collaborate with colleagues who are in other time zones or are working from home, and has been an excellent alternative to in-person meetings.
