Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The usability of Lucidchart is really amazing, because you could start to be productive really quickly, the controls are really expressive and useful, at the end is a great tool where you do not need any previous experience or long training to start putting your ideas in the diagramas and share them
Lucidchart is a great idea to express your engineering ideas, discuss in real time with your team and get amazing architectures and designs to implement your ideas. I strongly like the possibility to share embed diagrams that are updated automatically, that helps to maintain the architecture updated and well shared with all the organization.

In our company we use Slab for documentation, so we embed Lucidchart diagrams in this wiki tool, it has been amazing because you do not need to change of tools or have multiple open tabs of a browser to read all the domain information, the best part is that the diagrams are updated automatically you do not need to maintain 2 sources
To be honest I have never had the necessity to call support, Lucidchart tool works really well, never I had lose a diagram or some work due to network outages or similar problems, Lucidchart is really reliable in all the scenarios, for that reason talk with support team is really strange

Is the best in the industry, it had no discussion, indeed the best thing is that you do not need any complex setup or devise restrictions because you can use it from the browser as soon as you want, the manage of users, privacy, folders and projects structure is amazing
Lucidchart is amazing for UML diagrams, in my case in the office we have a politic of diagram first, so Lucidchart helps us to drive that way to create new services or products, because we have the capacity to share our ideas in a diagram and discuss about it before to start implementing anything
