It does take some playing with and getting used to. Most user friendly on an actual computer and not so much a tablet or small screen.

We are using Lucidchart to revamp all operations in our company. Lucidchart is used alongside with creating new SOPS for the company. At this time it is solely being used in finance and development. Lucidchart is easy to use, great templates and flow easily.

Betting training videos or information would be great to show a new user more of how to use it and how to start.
