Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Usability

It is very hard to get the hang of Lucid. I had to watch so many tutorials online to understand how to navigate and start using the tool properly. I also believe that Lucid is very slow, the chart takes ages to open.

I use it personally for creating flow and organization charts in my technical submissions.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Slow.
Templates are not very flexible.
I face issues when I open it in PowerPoint.
Not too many fonts.

Cons

Add additional templates.
Ensure that Lucidchart works well in other Microsoft Office software.
Fix the insert issue of working with multiple pages.

Return on Investment

Time savings definitely.
Quality upgrade in my submissions.

Integrations

I personally use it to create organization charts in my bidding process. Sometimes I utilize Lucid to create flow charts to illustrate to clients the method of communication. Withal, Lucid is a good tool that helped upgrade the quality of my submissions.

Support Rating

Overall Lucid is an exceptional tool, but it still requires ways where the user can really understand on how to use it and fully utilize it.
