Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are using Lucidchart in collaboration with our customers to detail and visualize processes and systems required for complex logistics and services required to support supply chain, manufacturing, 2nd touch facility validation, and track shipment and deliveries to the students in the largest educational organization in the world.
Pros
- Helps us collaborate with the customer on defining new processes to solve challenges
- Allows us to share updated policy and procedures with stake holders
- Provides documentation for agreed procedures and responsibilities
Cons
- I have not found a feature missing so far in our use of the solution.
- Through the use of Lucidchart we have closed over 90M in business I feel we would not have without it.
- Made it clear through the policy and process definitions which party is responsible for various steps and how they create dependencies that that downstream implication.
We are not currently using these integrations, but this is a possibility as we mature the use of Lucidchart.
