Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Easy to use, yes. Behaves the way you would expect, not quite.
Lucidchart makes it easy to share documents and centralize them while allowing collaboration as required. Exit the countless emails with "here is revision x.y."
  • Acts as a document repository.
  • Suggests helpful templates for a wide variety of charts.
  • No customizable defaults for connectors between entities.
  • Getting links to bind on the correct anchor is sometimes not intuitive.
  • The way connectors change shape as you move entities can be far from what you would expect.
  • Text formatting is not as easy as it should be.
  • Communication workflows are more straightforward.

Well suited for team collaboration. Getting familiar with the controls can take some time, especially if you are already familiar with controls of different applications/services that let you create charts.
