Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use it as a small department to track workflows, and we also use it as brainstorming and collaboration with our subject matter experts. We have different boards for different projects that we are working on. It helps us to workshop and extract information on topics.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Ideation techniques.
  • Workflow tracking.
  • Project management.
  • The hand tool and the point button are confusing for new users.
  • How-to tools.
  • Meeting effectiveness.
  • Understanding of workflow.
Some functions are not easy to understand, but mostly the concept is easy to use and understand.
We haven't used any of these functions.
It is a very reliable resource for collaboration online, and I have even used it outside of my workplace to collaborate as I find it a very useful tool.

Lucidspark is much more flexible.
Using the sticky notes all at once to put ideas on the screen and keep track of opinions. We use it for mapping out branching scenarios.
