Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Usability of Lucidchart is simple...it is not hard to use and you can easily do some complex things without training.
Lucidchart is an easy to use tool to examine how to structure and restructure an existing organization and how to modify that same organization. We use it to think out how we will expand our operations at various touch points within our business. The tool is comprehensive, easy to use, and intelligent.
  • Lucidchart allows you to change an existing "look" of a chart with one operation.
  • Lucidchart is excellent at testing "what-if" scenarios.
  • Lucidchart is very good at moving a segment of an organization from one leader to another leader.
  • Saving a copy of chart and going to the saved version is not intuitive.
  • It is difficult to measure ROI with Lucidchart...it clearly saves time but determining ROI is difficult.
We are a Microsoft shop so being able to incorporate Lucidchart into our documents is excellent.
The documentation for Lucidchart is very good and the easy to understand. The language is clear and easy to implement.

Lucidchart is excellent to use when planning a reorganization of an existing organization. The tool allows you to move an entire division or subdivision from one leader to another leader. Lucidchart is also very good to augment an existing division with new sub-divisions or sub-sub-divisions.
