Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart has been instrumental in helping us visualize certain processes and flows when talking with our customers and getting a better understanding of the customer's contact center flows and how they handle customer service issues internally. The visualizations are key for the partnership and helping our internal partners better understand the customer needs as well.

We use HubSpot and a few other tools that don't currently have integrations with Lucidchart but for the most part the integrations developed by Lucidchart are for the Enterprise level clients which is primarily where Lucidchart lives from what I imagine. We do use Slack so we can upload into some of the collaborative discussions we have within Slack.
