Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The dashboard is still clunky. Should consolidate commands like Apple products. Otherwise, does most of what I need it to do in mind mapping.
Designing process flows that are visual for customers.

This has helped reduce the amount of time it takes to train product users and new customers. It also has reduced the margin of error in training by creating a simplified visual map.
It has helped me in my role in customer onboarding to simplify complex processes. At the same time, it is a little clunky with the drag and drop features.

Definitely a better option for mapping than PowerPoint. Has many more functions that are automated and suited to the task.
Lucidchart is great for creating visual process flows internally, not so great for creating graphic marketing materials.
