Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Excellent product with very little to no learning curve to start using.
We use Lucidchart for workflow diagraming as well as infrastructure networking flow diagrams.

  • Device connections
  • Time savings
  • Dept. visibility of work
We currently are not using the integrations with this.
Never had to use it, so staying neutral.

It is well suited for timeline scenarios as well as workflow designs. It is better than the Microsoft product that does the same functions. I have not found a scenario where it is less appropriate.
