Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Like many business owners, time is money. A steep learning curve requires time. With Lucidchart, our users get access and immediately catch on.
A fantastic tool used within all functions to create the foundation from workflow processes that lead into procedures and policies.
  • Drag and Drop Interface
  • Collaboration and Sharing
  • Providing Templates
  • Option to get an on screen definition of the shapes
  • Would be nice to have a Save As (not all users get the 'duplicate' then save flow)
  • No need for training.
  • Absolute time saver.
  • Lossless files, auto saved helps, continue where you left off.
  • So efficient to use, have an idea, just drag and drop.
We use Atlassian and Salesforce. This tool helps respective functions: - product workflow, project management workflow - sales workflow and handover processes.
I will give it a 10 despite us ever needing to contact Lucidchart since we never had any issues or required assistance (yet).

- Some required training, not a drag and drop (Excel) - Cost (OmniGraffle was not scalable for our team) - Software Limitations (freeware like Bubble)
Lucidchart eases creativity, where you just start placing your workflow and project ideas and then it allows you to fine-tune them. Very quick learning curve which is why we love this tool. And it's great we can share and export very easily.
