Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to start and create a new file after discovering Lucidchart. I didn't read or watch any tutorial to start and finish my first diagram. The template is one of my favorite aspects of Lucidchart, I haven't created diagrams for decades, and I already forgot most of the details on creating one. Using the available templates, it ... works like a refresher and a starting point, ... and everything will just follow through.
My team uses Lucidchart to create diagrams to show ... high-level information about the infrastructure and architecture of the solutions that we plan and implemented. Using Lucidchart, it is easier to create and integrate diagrams into the team's confluence space which lessens the time doing documentation and more on the actual work.
  • Providing a template which is the starting point especially if you are not knowledgeable about the diagram that you need to create.
  • Importing Visio files for our legacy system and diagrams are created from Visio, it is hassle-free to move from Visio to Lucidchart.
  • Integration with Confluence. My team mainly uses Confluence to document our solutions. Having ... well-integrated and easy to use tools really help us to finish our task in a short period of time.
  • Web performance is a bit slow.
  • Very limited free version without using a credit card.
  • Custom shapes
  • Time saving
  • Documentation can be fun now, so we have more documentation from our developers
Currently, my team is using Lucidchart that is integrated into Atlassian. I would say the experience was smooth, and the team didn't encounter much of a problem. Knowing that Lucidchart can be integrated into many tools is a big plus. There are different teams that are not in the IT field that will find ... value in this tool.
I don't have experience with Lucidchart support, so I really can't comment on it.

Lucidchart is easier to use, and I really like the available templates, which make my life easier. Moving from one device to another is not a problem because I can just log in to my account and everything is available there.
Lucidchart makes my documentation experience better. There are heaps of shapes that are available to use, and you don't need to create one. This saves me time in creating diagrams that involve infrastructures that use the cloud like Azure. From creating ... basic to complex diagrams, Lucidchart makes my life easier. It already has the things you need in regards to creating charts.
