Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

One point less because the copy option is not the standard ctrl and alt; it took me a long time to figure it out. I have used Lucidchart before joining Manulife also. I got this copy info in one of the recent tips though. The integration with Confluence and JIRA will really be helpful. Otherwise, real-time modification requires image upload each time.
Online collaboration is the best area where we use this tool. We draw and update the flow just like whiteboard drawings during in-person meetings. A picture says 1000 words, so nontechnical business people can easily understand the flow/design ... during meetings. I personally use the online whiteboard as well, but with Lucidchart, it is much easier to represent during the online explanation.

  • If you can use fill patterns just like in Visio, it will be great to present. Currently, it is always solid with different transparency, but the pattern gives cool-looking presentations.
  • Using a digital pen, currently, the whiteboard has a pen option and it changes to a possible diagram.
  • Integration with Confluence and Jira to use them directly; currently, we export them in png, but a direct link or share would be great.

I was not able to integrate with Confluence, is it blocked in the organization? I used this with Slack and Google; it was great. I really want Confluence (Atlassian) integration. Currently, we are following a painful activity. AWS/Azure integration is really powerful. I do daily collaboration but through export only.
I did not use them, but this is my assumption.

Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
During online meetings, it is the best app I have seen so far for design presentations. Also, the cloud design templates are really good. Using of digital pen integration should be there. Many of us just do a draw by pen. Maybe a free flow pen diagram option is also good.
