Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It was really easy for me to jump straight to making my organisation chart without any problems. I can do whatever I want with the chart and don't need to remember about saving or worry about making a mess just by dragging one piece. It's really easy to use even for total beginners.
I am responsible for maintaining and updating the organization chart in my company. I'm using Lucidchart every time there is a new employee, someone got promoted or someone left, etc. It is really intuitive and simple to use. I had no problem accommodating this (new for me) tool. Dragging from one "bubble" to the next, being able to edit this connection, editing everything... Everything is plain and simple to use. I recommend it to use.

Pros

  • It is intuitive to use.
  • Manipulating a huge section of my chart is easy.
  • I don't need to remember to save it every time I made some changes.
  • There is a large selection of different shapes.

Cons

  • There could be an option to choose colour of the shape during choosing the shape.
  • There could be an option to paste in EXACTLY chosen place.
  • It saved a lot of time.
  • It's better than our previous tools.
  • It's more intuitive.
I can share my changes right away to my teammates so they can tell me what I can do more or change something (it's my responsibility, so they don't edit anything).
I am just really happy with it.

Yes

It's just straightforward and only for charts. I don't need more. Canva is more about editing templates and making collages. Because of that it was less intuitive and more messy.
I'm using it only to make an organisation chart, so I can recommend it only for this. I don't know any other usability.
