Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

The tutorial for Lucidchart is easy to follow and very helpful. For our users that ignored the tutorial, they were able to teach themselves because of the user-friendly UI.
We have used Lucidchart to create our organization chart to help our staff and congregation see the structure of our leadership and accountability. We have also used Lucidchart to map our website to have a visual representation of where our website needs work. Lucidchart is being used by only a few members of the organization. Lucidchart has helped direct communications to the right people as our congregation is able to see our organization's structure.

Pros

  • Easy to use for first time users.
  • Lots of customizable options.
  • Easy to share and collaborate with.

Cons

  • Add the option to import or make our own shapes and chart types.
  • Lucidchart has helped senior management get more organized.
  • Lucidchart has helped with our work accountability and has efficiently directed flows of communication.
We did not integrate Lucidchart with any of these applications.
We did not run into any issues while using Lucidchart.
