Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It has many useful templates.
This app is not used by our entire company, just by some users in a few departments. It has always been used for organization charts, work flowcharts, and quality tools.

The user platform and available templates are more than above software.
When choosing quality tools to create, Lucidchart provides many ideas and templates, then lets me choose which is the closest to my needs. The user interface is too busy -- it is difficult to find the function buttons and functions; I think there is some room for improvement.
