Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is very easy to start using and numerous options and possibilities to work with. The only thing I could come up with as an improvement would be to have better structured company wide templates or UI designed in a way that it guides the user to use the company templates. This would help in creating the graphs in a harmonized way.
Lucidchart is used in our Professional services consulting department to illustrate the dependencies of our SaaS service to other system solutions of our customers. It enables a clear visual process graphs and highlight dependencies between the systems which we use to host design workshops when starting up new projects with our major customers. Some of which may have very scattered system structures.
  • Ad hoc modifications to the graph.
  • Illustrate dependencies and processes.
  • Easy to use and make changes.
  • In addition to templates, there could be some guides.
  • Better startup of the new projects.
  • Efficient meetings which are easier to follow.
  • New ways of working.
We have not yet used these integrations, but definitely will be checking the possibilities that are offered. Perhaps we can find our own way of making use of these system integrations as we use already some of the aforementioned systems.
Well, the first and foremost important thing regarding support is that the system is designed in a way that it does not require much support. However, the loading screen tips is a really great idea. The tips are actually really useful as I've learned few tricks there from the very beginning when starting to use the system.

Basically Lucidchart is suited perfectly for our business and customer needs. It looks very professional and enables doing things in a nice way even for the inexperienced users. Sharing option for the charts across the organization is a really great feature to enable harmonization of the graphs. Perhaps more guidance and corporate templates / best practices could be better enabled to help in standardization of the processes instead of creating new graphs for different projects.
