Best flowchart tool. Period

Lucidchart is being used by my organization to create business process flowcharts and to visualize various different processes. Lucidchart is being used across most of the organization with a few exceptions being business and finance people. It is usually the marketing or IT team that uses it. The business problem that this addresses is that we need an easy-to-use, lightweight, drag-and-drop web app tool to use to make diagrams and visualizations.

We use Salesforce a lot and Lucidchart has brought tremendous value because we can create any processes as we develop them for documentation purposes or before for architecture purposes.
