Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very small learning curve. We'd completed our first customer flow diagram within a couple of hours of first using the software. Everything is laid out clearly and UX is simple.
We use Lucidchart in the marketing department to model marketing content flows across email, social, web etc. It allows us to clearly see what content we need, and its place in the customer journey.

Pros

  • Simple interface for creating items and moving them around.
  • Customizable options like colors and shapes.
  • Very small learning curve, we have been able to jump in straight away and use the software.

Cons

  • It actually has all the functionality we need.
  • Set up marketing flows quickly, so we can ramp up projects quicker.
  • Clients love it, as it's very visual and clear to see what the customer journey will be.
We've not integrated yet, we use ClickUp for project management and I'm unsure whether it integrates with it.
We've not used the support yet, so are unable to comment on it.

We use ClickUp for project management, but it's not great for flowcharts. Other software we've tried was much harder to use and we found it took too long to learn and use.
We've only used Lucidchart for marketing flows, and it seems well suited for these. Our flows are not too large, so unsure how easy it would be to handle big complex projects. For marketing, it's great as we can colour code different channels, add text to the arrows to know where we should wait before sending something.
