Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's a wonderful software for team collaboration and system design for architects. I had a wonderful experience. I was hoping the UI to be more user friendly. It would be helpful if the cost for the end user is more affordable.
Lucidchart is useful for system design. We are able to design component interaction with the same.
  • UML usage
  • Easy drag and drop functionality
  • Architecture design and re-design
  • Different shapes / test formatting and sharing your work across team
  • UI needs to be improved as it is not that user friendly
  • Saves time because we use UML
  • Improves productivity
  • Team collaboration
I have not tried it. I would love to explore that.
Support can be improved. I was expecting a quick response from the support team.
