Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

People have to have a basic understanding of different kinds of tables, graphs, and connecting lines to have an understanding of the table built by senior staff. For project development and design purposes, there are no tools any employee can jump into using without any prior knowledge.
Lucidchart is used in the project planning stage for database planning. It is used within the technology department. It is very helpful in aiding the design and cooperation with other users in the same system design. This aids the speed of development and execution of the planning. It solves our problem by clarifying the system design on flow and database levels. All the while, it is a good demonstration on the working principle of the system.
  • The table template provided by Lucidchart fits all purposes
  • Easy click-and-drop on the table relationship design
  • Beginner-friendly design interface
  • Not enough differences on the table
  • Hard to switch over rows and columns within the same table
  • Improved performance
  • Improved productivity
It’s kind of easy to follow through the integration tools and keep track of the daily progress of the development. However, once the development stage came to an end the graph was not updated. Instead, it was only seen as a view and reference tool. The update was only useful during the project design stage.
I have not used the support functionality at all. Everything can be easily searched and accessed through the internet and mostly that solves any problems. It would be great to use the function of support to further aid in the development of a project.

Companies can use Lucidchart as a design tool for software projects, prior to the beginning of the project, to give participants a brief view of how the flow of the project will be. In contrast, the tool is not perfect for presentation use. The table is simplified for understanding the purpose, instead of the presentation. Other, more beautiful tools are out there that suit the presentation purpose.
