Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are an independent digital marketing agency and recently signed up for Lucidchart to help with a User Journey mapping exercise for a specific client. We were tasked with visualizing the user journey between interlinking paid marketing campaigns and found Lucidchart to offer the flexibility and customization to be able to provide that visualization. As such, we'll be rolling out the tool and process to help clients understand how different marketing campaigns can work together to drive the efficiency of messaging and targeting.
- Flexibility of diagrams
- Automatic user flow mapping
- Color customization
- Infinite workspace
- Better zoom functionality to hone in on specific areas of the process chart
- More symbols
- Image uploads
- Improved relationship with client
- Better collaboration within team, specifically whilst remote working.
- Time savings versus trying to craft the same view on a less qualified solution (eg. Powerpoint/Excel).
We haven't yet integrated with any particular third-party apps but I can see how they would be incredibly useful.

It served more of a purpose for our specific need for user journey mapping. Airtable and monday.com are more process tracking tools but lack the visualization elements
