Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
On the client experience team, we are thinking about the lifecycle of our customers and their journey with us. In an effort to map and visualize all of the touchpoints they receive, we opted to go with Lucidchart. It has been a super intuitive way for us to map everything out and collaborate with other stakeholders on this project! So glad we chose this route, we've gotten great feedback from members of the team who've been using it on this project as well :)
