Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It’s pretty much easy to use but things could always be easier. Maybe some more templates?
The biggest problem that we address with this is showing dialog flows in a simple process to our end users. The other major problem is that Lucidchart allows us to work cross platform between Mac and PC.

We don’t integrate so can’t comment.
Had a great demo from our AM and they were happy to answer any questions from my team.

If you need to map out a solution Lucidchart pretty much nails it. It’s a great piece of software. I used to be a Visio user but the cloud usage of Lucid is so easy to use and you can be on any device anywhere.
