Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very user-friendly and easy to learn. There are a lot of tutorials when you first download it so that you can learn how to work with it. Some of the features like clicking shapes/arrows take longer to learn, but eventually, it becomes simple.
Lucidchart is being used by a specific department for people who don't know how to code. It is very user-friendly! It allows us to model our ideas in flow charts and is most useful for basic if/then paths.

  • Tutorial for clicking on boxes
  • Making notes to communicate with others
  • Improved productivity
We do not integrate it with other programs in our department. It would be great if those features were more clear about how to integrate [them] automatically. I wasn't even aware that this was an option.
I have not used the customer support, so I'm not sure how it is.

Great for making a chatbot with simple if/then statements. It's not as great for communicating with different members of a team, so it's better for a solo project. Clicking different arrows can be frustrating considering that it will choose different ones. It takes some time to get used to it but it gets easier with practice.
