Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to dive in immediately and start using. No learning curve, very easy program to work with. Has been super helpful across the board.
Lucidchart is being used across the organization, but here sales leadership, we are currently using this to outline the sales process and the exact steps from the initial lead coming into our website, all the way to the closing of the home.

Lucidchart is integrated with my Slack program, and since I use Slack on my phone quite a bit, when I'm on the go, it's much easier to share with fellow teammates.

Lucidchart is a great tool to help organizations visualize their thoughts and process flows. We consistently use this to outline our lead flows in sales and marketing. It helps the entire company get a more granular idea of how our processes work.
