Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
The Professional Services Dept uses Lucidchart to create high and low-level network designs. This allows for internal team collaboration as well as sharing with the client. It is compatible with Visio which is commonly used in the industry for diagrams. Being able to work in the cloud is a huge benefit as it gives us more flexibility in its use.

- Time savings while collaborating.
Being able to integrate with Microsoft has been a big benefit as we are able to migrate platforms for better collaboration.
